Quietly situated down a private road, but close to amenities in Brundall, about 1 mile. A haven for wildlife, Strumpshaw Fen (RSPB) is 2 miles. The cathedral city of Norwich is 8 miles, whilst the Norfolk coast is some 12 miles away at Waxham or Great Yarmouth with all its seaside attractions, an ideal touring base.
