There is a pub, shop and tea room at the tiny village of Morwenstow (1 mile), and riding stables nearby. Marsland Mouth, an awe inspiring rugged beach, is a 10 minute walk down through a beautiful nature reserve, whilst the sandy beaches of Duckpool and Sandymouth are within 4 miles. Bude's clean surfing beaches, splash pool and leisure canal and the nearby Tamar Lakes (both within 10 miles) provide water sports, fishing and canoeing. Local attractions include picturesque Clovelly, Hartland Abbey and Docton Mill Gardens whilst atmospheric Tintagel and the wilds of Bodmin Moor are within easy reach.
