This delightful 18th-century water mill’s idyllic riverside setting in the tranquil Torridge Valley offers the opportunity to enjoy 1.5 miles of private trout fishing (March 15th - September 30th) and occasional sightings of otters and kingfishers. Approached by a private tree lined drive, the very comfortably furnished mill lies in the grounds of the owners’ home, surrounded by 40 acres of water meadows and grass keep (a hard tennis court is also available).
