The owners live adjacent, and there are shared gardens, a play area and a games barn with darts, pool table and table tennis. Sandy beaches are 10 minutes’ drive, and Snowdonia and Lake Bala are easily accessible, as is Chester. Llangollen canal with its famous Aqueduct is 22 miles, Llandudno’s shops and attractions are 32 miles, Conwy’s majestic castle, 30 miles. Shops, pubs and restaurants are under 1 mile.
