Adjoining the owners' home, and enjoying pretty country views, it is ideally placed for exploring rocky moorland tors and ancient stone circles inland, and the picturesque south coast fishing ports of Looe and Polperro (about 15 miles). The city of Plymouth, with its Barbican docks and aquarium area, shops, theatres and restaurants, the National Trust Properties of Lanhydrock and Cotehele and the Eden Project are all an easy drive.
