A wealth of activities and places of interest lie within easy reach – the area is excellent for golf (the nearest course is just 3 miles away) as well as riding (there is a riding school in Glenfarg, 1 mile), and whilst the waters of nearby Loch Leven (5 miles) attract fly fishermen, cyclists can explore the cycle path around the loch and bird watchers will head to its RSPB reserve. Falkland Palace and Gardens (SNT) are just 8 miles away and visitors can enjoy a boat trip to see where Mary, Queen of Scots was imprisoned at Loch Leven Castle, which is also a delightful picnic spot. St Andrews is a 25 mile drive. Shop and pub serving food 1 mile.
