The area offers fantastic opportunities for walking, riding and cycling as well as easy access to the resorts of Lynton and Lynmouth (joined by cliff railway), Porlock Weir, Watchet and the traditional entertainments at Minehead. Arlington Court, Knightshayes Court, Dunster Castle and Watersmeet (all N.T.) are well worth exploring, the West Somerset Railway runs nearby. Pub serving food 1 mile, shops 4 miles.
