The Hop Pocket is within a farmyard behind the barn which has sheep throughout the year. This holiday property sits directly screened from the farmhouse, with views across the river at the bottom of the garden and the undulating landscape beyond. The village of Sutton Valence, 2 miles, has a choice of four pubs (three serving food), a church, shops and a post office. There are three golf courses within 3 miles and world famous fishing at just over a mile. The area is teeming with places to explore. Sissinghurst Castle, Leeds Castle and Maidstone are within 5 miles. A little further afield are the beaches at Camber Sands and Rye. Staplehurst is close by with a mainline service to Charing Cross.
