These two tastefully converted barns in a delightful part of Devon known as the Ruby Country are just five miles from extensive walking, cycling, riding on the famous Tarka Trail. Within easy reach are the fine sands and white topped waves of Bude; the rugged cliff walks and awesome Atlantic views from Hartland Point; the timeless Devon village of Clovelly, where 400 feet of cobbled streets end in a tiny quaint harbour; the bustling port of Bideford, offering regular sailings to Lundy Island (2 hours) and Great Torrington, where you will find the amazing glass works of Dartington Crystal, and a fantastic 65 acre RHS garden at Rosemoor. Further afield for good day trips are some of the UK’s most famous beaches: Croyde, Putsborough and Woolacombe Bay, fine for surfers and young children with a bucket and spade alike. Sailing, fishing and golf are available locally, and there is a Country Club and Spa, there is also a bar and restaurant serving food to eat in or take away, and award winning farm shop just 1 mile.
