This attractively furnished, single-storey cottage stands next to an ancient, narrow, stone bridge over the River Camel, in a lovely wooded valley rich in wildlife. Within a short drive guests will find the beautiful sandy beaches at Rock and Polzeath, the quaint fishing villages of Port Isaac and Boscastle, the NT property of Lanhydrock and the Eden Project. A walkers’ and cyclists’ paradise, with the Camel Cycle Trail adjacent to the cottage running from Bodmin through Wadebridge and on to Padstow, the latter known for its picturesque harbour and Rick Stein’s famous restaurants. A little further afield is the bustling town of Newquay and the watersports centre of Watergate Bay. Shop and pub 3 miles.
